Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer – DCS & Automation with 5–7 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation and control system projects. The candidate should have solid exposure to ABB 800xA, Allen-Bradley PLC, and Emerson DeltaV DCS systems and should be capable of handling project engineering activities from engineering through commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute automation and DCS projects as per project requirements and timelines.
- Perform DCS/PLC engineering, configuration, programming, and system integration.
- Work on ABB 800xA, Allen-Bradley PLC, and Emerson DeltaV systems.
- Develop and modify control logic, graphics, I/O configuration, and system databases.
- Review engineering documents including I/O lists, control narratives, logic diagrams, and instrument details.
- Participate in FAT, SAT, loop checking, I/O testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal engineering teams for project execution.
- Support site installation, testing, commissioning, and start-up activities.
- Troubleshoot DCS/PLC hardware, software, communication,



and control logic issues.
- Prepare project documentation, test reports, and commissioning records.
- Ensure projects are completed within defined quality, schedule, and technical requirements.

Education

Bachelor's/Diploma in:

Instrumentation / Electronics / Electrical / Automation Engineering or a related field.

Experience Required

- 5–7 years of relevant experience in DCS, PLC, industrial automation, or control system projects.
- Hands-on experience with ABB 800xA, Allen-Bradley, and/or Emerson DeltaV is preferred.
- Experience in project execution, commissioning, and troubleshooting will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
