Summary:

This role involves shaping and executing the communications strategy for Company.

The Program

Manager will translate complex, multi-stakeholder programs into clear, high-impact narratives and build cohesive storytelling across education, workforce, and innovation portfolios. The focus will be on moving storytelling beyond outputs to system-level outcomes and measurable change.

Responsibilities:

- Strategic Communications and Narrative Building:

Shape and execute the communications strategy, translate complex programs into impactful narratives, and build cohesive storytelling across various portfolios.

- Leadership and External Communications:

Develop high-quality briefing notes, leadership messages, and speaking points. Create compelling case studies and impact narratives for both external and internal audiences. Support storytelling for key events and position Company as a thought leader in AI skilling and inclusive growth.

- Stakeholder and Ecosystem Engagement:

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align communication efforts. Support stakeholder engagement strategies that enhance program visibility and credibility.

- Content, Campaigns, and Storytelling Assets:

Lead the development of program collaterals, social media content, newsletters, and storytelling series.



Build a consistent pipeline of stories, insights, and narratives.

- Communication Program Management:

Coordinate across teams to drive execution of communication plans. Integrate storytelling across the program lifecycle and support reporting and documentation for key stakeholders.

Requirements:

- 6-8 years of experience in communications, preferably in social impact, CSR, or development-focused roles.

- Strong experience in storytelling, narrative building, and thought leadership content.

- Demonstrated ability to design and execute communication strategies across channels.

Required Skills:

- Ability to translate complexity into clear, compelling narratives.

- Strong writing and content development skills across various formats.

- Understanding of how communications can drive influence, partnerships, and scale.

- Experience working across multiple stakeholders, including government, nonprofits, and corporate teams.
