The role involves connecting with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, qualifying leads and supporting the sales team in converting enquiries into site visits and sales opportunities. ??? ????????????????• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers.

- Understand customer requirements, budget and preferences.
- Explain project details, USPs, pricing and available inventory.
- Qualify leads and identify genuine sales prospects.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for qualified leads.
- Follow up with prospects regularly and maintain accurate lead records.
- Coordinate closely with the Sales team for lead conversion.
- Update CRM with calls, follow-ups, site visits and lead status.
