Patient Data & CRM Executive – Kandhari Skin Clinic, New Delhi
Kandhari Skin Clinic is looking for an organised, computer-savvy and well-spoken Patient Data & CRM Executive to support our clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update patient and enquiry databases
- Enter and organise consultation, procedure and lead data
- Maintain Excel/Google Sheets and prepare daily/weekly reports
- Track enquiries from website, social media, WhatsApp and other lead sources
- Call and WhatsApp prospective patients for appointment coordination and follow-up
- Follow up missed appointments and pending enquiries
- Assist with appointment scheduling and patient coordination
- Provide support at the reception/front desk when required
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records

Candidate Profile
- Graduate preferred




- 1–3 years' experience in a clinic, hospital, healthcare company, customer service or CRM role preferred
- Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
- Comfortable speaking with patients over phone and WhatsApp
- Valuable spoken Hindi and English
- Organised, responsible and detail-oriented
- Prior experience in dermatology, aesthetics, dental, IVF or another patient-facing healthcare setting would be an advantage

Location: New Delhi
Job Type: Full-time, in-clinic
Salary: ₹22,000–28,000 per month depending on experience + performance incentive
