# Software Engineer – AI Native (Python, Node.js & React.js) **Location:** HSR Layout, Bangalore **Work Mode:** Full-time, In-office (4 Days) **Experience:** 2–5 years ## About Affluense Affluense is a Relationship Intelligence Platform that helps financial professionals discover HNI prospects, track real-time deals, and identify warm introductions using AI-powered insights. ## Role We’re looking for a Software Engineer who can work across the stack and help us build and scale our AI and data platform. You’ll work on: * Building backend APIs and services using **Python and Node.js** * Building responsive product interfaces using **React.js** * Integrating AI models and external APIs into production workflows * Building and maintaining data pipelines * Working with **MongoDB, SQL, and large-scale datasets** * Improving application performance, scalability, and reliability * Cloud deployments, testing, monitoring,



and CI/CD * Taking features from idea to production and owning them end-to-end ## Requirements * Robust hands-on experience with **Python, Node.js, and React.js** * **2–5 years** of software development experience * Experience building APIs, backend services, and web applications * Good understanding of data structures, OOP, and system design * Experience with **SQL and/or NoSQL databases** * Familiarity with **Git, Docker, and cloud platforms** * Comfortable working across frontend and backend when required * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take ownership **Good to have:** Experience with AI/ML integrations, LLM APIs, data pipelines, fintech, wealth management, or working with large datasets.
