Hiring: Senior Microsoft Fabric Developer | Remote | Full-Time

We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Fabric Developer to join our Enterprise Data Engineering team and build scalable, secure, and high-performance data solutions using Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Factory, Spark, and SQL.

Experience: 7+ Years overall | Robust hands-on Microsoft Fabric experience

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement enterprise data solutions using Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, Lakehouse, Warehouse, Data Factory, and Notebooks
- Build scalable batch, incremental, and near-real-time data pipelines
- Integrate data from SQL Server, Azure SQL, ADLS Gen2, REST APIs, files, and other enterprise sources
- Develop metadata-driven and parameterized pipelines using Copy Activity, Copy Job, Mirroring, and Notebooks
- Perform complex transformations using PySpark, Spark SQL, and T-SQL
- Implement Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers using Medallion Architecture and Delta Lake
- Optimize Delta tables using MERGE, partitioning, schema evolution, OPTIMIZE, VACUUM, and V-Order
- Design dimensional models, fact/dimension tables, surrogate keys, and SCDs
- Implement OneLake Shortcuts and secure cross-workspace data-sharing patterns
- Monitor and troubleshoot pipelines, Spark jobs, data freshness, capacity utilization,



and production issues
- Implement security using workspace roles, SQL permissions, RLS, service principals, and least-privilege principles
- Establish Git, CI/CD, Azure DevOps, deployment pipelines, and environment promotion practices
- Participate in solution design, code reviews, production releases, RCA, and incident resolution

• Mentor developers and establish reusable engineering standards and patterns
