About The Role

We are looking for a skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, with a good understanding of building scalable web applications and APIs.

Experience with Three.js / WebGL will be highly preferred, as the role may involve developing interactive 3D web experiences, visualizations, and immersive applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and enhance responsive web applications using the MERN stack.
- Build reusable and scalable frontend components using React.js.
- Develop robust backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
- Design and manage databases using MongoDB.
- Integrate third-party APIs, services, and authentication systems.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, security, and responsiveness.
- Collaborate with designers, 3D artists, developers, and other teams to implement interactive digital experiences.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of applications.
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.

Preferred – Three.js / 3D Development

- Experience with Three.js and WebGL is highly preferred.
- Develop interactive 3D scenes and web-based visualizations.
- Work with 3D models, textures, lighting, cameras, animations, and materials.
- Experience loading and working with GLTF/GLB, FBX, OBJ or other 3D formats is an advantage.
- Understanding of 3D rendering, optimization, and performance on web browsers.
- Experience integrating Three.js experiences with React is a strong advantage.

Required Skills





- Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with React.js.
- Solid knowledge of Node.js and Express.js.
- Good experience with MongoDB and database design.
- Experience developing and integrating REST APIs.
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web development.
- Understanding of Git and version-control workflows.
- Good knowledge of debugging, testing, and application optimization.

Good to Have

- Three.js / WebGL
- React Three Fiber (R3F)
- TypeScript
- 3D visualization or interactive web experiences
- Experience with GLTF/GLB and other 3D asset formats
- Web animation and graphics
- Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Docker and CI/CD
- Experience working with architectural visualization, real estate, gaming, VFX, or immersive technologies

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Full Stack / MERN Stack Developer.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating web development projects.
- Candidates with Three.js / WebGL projects will be given preference.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
