About the Role:

The CA will oversee entire gamut of Accounts & Finance including Costing & Taxation, MIS preparation.

n

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n

1. Budgeting & forecasting:

n

n

- Managing budgeting and forecasting processes by collaboration with cross functional team.

n

n

- Comparison of Actual performance vs Budgeted performance and identifying areas of improvement.

n

n

2. Financial Statements:

n

n

- Scrutiny of all GLs.

n

n

- Ensuring all bills are correctly accounted for.

n

n

- Monitoring cost structures and supporting financial planning for manufacturing and operations.

n

n

3. Statutory and tax compliance:

n

n

- Ensuring all tax returns are correctly and timely filed.

n

n

- Leading all types of audit including Tax audit, Statutory audit or any other departmental audit.

n

n

4. MIS:

n

n





- Ensuring all daily MISs are prepared in timely manner.

n

n

- Preparation of monthly MIS with reconciliation of consumption report.

n

n

- Ensuring MIS and financials are properly reconciled.

n

n

Candidate Profile:

n

n

- Chartered Accountant with experience of 4-6 years.

n

n

- Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory.

n

n

- Strong knowledge of IND AS and relevant regulatory requirements.

n

n

- Proficiency in taxation and compliance including direct and indirect tax, statutory filings and adherence to internal control frameworks.

n

n

- Comfort with ERP and Excel.

n

n

- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
