The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading a small team of developers, designing scalable and high-performance applications, reviewing code, resolving technical challenges, and ensuring timely delivery of product enhancements and customer implementations.
The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on Java development experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and exposure to enterprise-scale applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java technologies.
Lead a team of developers and provide technical guidance throughout the development lifecycle.
Participate in architecture discussions, technical design, and solution reviews.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Work closely with Product Management, QA, DevOps, and Delivery teams to deliver high-quality software.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and performance issues.
Contribute to application scalability, security, and performance optimization initiatives.
Technical Skills Required
Strong hands-on experience in Java 8/11+,, Spring Framework, Hibernate/JPA




Hands-on experience in multithreading and concurrency, Collections Framework, JVM internals and performance tuning
Good understanding of Microservices Architecture and REST API development
Experience with Oracle Database , SQL, Query optimization and performance tuning
Familiarity with IBM MQ, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging platforms
Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, and CI/CD practices
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) will be an advantage
