Java Developer Role Overview We are looking for a skilled Java Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Java, Spring, SQL, concurrency, and high-performance systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in data structures and algorithms and experience building reliable, scalable, and performance-oriented applications. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java and Spring. - Develop and optimize applications for high availability and low latency. - Work with multithreading, concurrency, synchronization, and parallel processing. - Develop efficient and optimized solutions using SQL and relational databases. - Identify system bottlenecks and contribute to application performance optimization. - Perform profiling, benchmarking, and performance tuning in distributed environments. - Apply solid knowledge of data structures and algorithms to develop efficient solutions. - Troubleshoot complex technical and performance-related issues. - Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions.



Required Skills & Experience - 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Java development. - Strong hands-on experience with Spring / Spring Boot. - Good proficiency in SQL and relational databases. - Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms. - Good understanding of Multithreading and Concurrency. - Experience developing high-availability and low-latency applications. - Understanding of performance tuning, profiling, and benchmarking. - Exposure to distributed systems and performance-sensitive applications. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Preferred Candidate Profile - Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and SQL. - Experience working on high-throughput, real-time, or performance-sensitive applications. - Ability to identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimization techniques. - Good communication and collaboration skills. - Strong coding, debugging, and problem-solving capabilities.
