We are actively recruiting for a tier-1, US-headquartered digital banking SaaS company that powers mission-critical platforms for leading banks and credit unions globally.
nIf you are an applied AI practitioner who specializes in autonomous agents, real-time decisioning, and large-scale model deployment, this role offers direct impact across enterprise-grade FinTech systems.

Lead AI Scientist: 4+ years of core AI/ML experiencen
Principal AI Scientist: 6+ years of core AI/ML experiencen

nWhat You Will Do:
n
n
Architect, build, and deploy AI Agents, GenAI features, and real-time decisioning engines from conception to production.n
Drive intelligent features across digital banking platforms, including fraud detection, smart personalization, and conversational assistants.n
Build end-to-end MLOps pipelines on GCP,



serving high-throughput APIs (FastAPI) backed by vector databases.n
Implement Open Banking use cases through data aggregation, third-party AI integrations, and predictive analytics.n
Uphold strict standards for model governance, explainability, and responsible AI.n

nWhat We Are Looking For:

Proven track record building autonomous agents, prompt frameworks, fine-tuning LLMs/Transformers, and deep learning architectures.n
Solid software engineering in Python paired with production deployment experience.n
Background in GCP, FastAPI, Vector Databases, and enterprise CI/CD MLOps.n
Prior experience in SaaS, FinTech, or banking platforms is strongly preferred.n
