Arpan Seva Sansthan is looking for an experienced and versatile skilled to lead and coordinate CSR, Finance, Audit & Compliance functions.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience working closely with corporate CSR teams, NGOs, auditors, donors and financial stakeholders, with the ability to independently handle financial, audit, compliance and CSR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate CSR-funded projects in close coordination with corporate CSR teams and project teams.
- Act as a key point of contact between the NGO, corporate CSR teams, auditors, donors and management.
- Handle CSR financial planning, project budgets, fund utilization, expenditure tracking and financial reporting.
- Independently coordinate and respond to CSR audits, statutory audits, donor audits and financial due diligence.
- Confidently handle audit queries, provide appropriate explanations and arrange required records and supporting documents.
- Ensure proper maintenance and review of vouchers, bills, ledgers, bank records, utilization statements, project-wise expenses and financial documentation.
- Prepare and review MIS, budgets, utilization reports, financial statements and project-wise financial reports.
- Ensure timely completion of CSR documentation, reports, utilization certificates and compliance records.
- Support preparation and review of CSR proposals, budgets, MoUs, agreements, donor reports and corporate presentations.
- Coordinate with Finance, Projects, HR and Administration teams for smooth organizational operations.
- Monitor CSR, financial, statutory and NGO-related compliance requirements.
- Coordinate during corporate due diligence, audits, inspections and compliance reviews.
- Identify gaps in documentation, finance or compliance and ensure timely corrective action.




- Develop and strengthen systems for financial control, transparency, documentation and audit readiness.
- Independently handle multiple responsibilities and provide practical solutions to organizational and operational issues.

Educational Qualification
- MBA / PGDM in Finance – Preferred
- CA / CMA / M.Com / B.Com candidates with relevant senior-level experience may also be considered.
- Additional certification/qualification in CSR, NGO Management, Compliance or Financial Management will be an added advantage.

Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Prior experience in NGOs, CSR organizations, development sector, corporate CSR, finance, audit or compliance will be preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience working with corporate CSR teams and CSR-funded projects.
- Strong understanding of NGO finance, CSR funding, budgeting, audit, compliance and reporting.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, MIS, financial reporting and documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently interact with senior management, corporate representatives, auditors and donors.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to independently manage responsibilities from planning and execution to reporting and audit closure.
- Broad understanding of Finance, CSR, Projects, HR, Administration, Audit and Compliance.
- Strong focus on transparency, accountability, documentation and timely delivery.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with prior experience in CSR-funded NGOs/projects, corporate CSR coordination, financial reporting, audits, compliance and corporate due diligence will be preferred.
