Senior AI / Machine Learning Engineer
- Experience Range: 5–8 years
- Role Overview: Designs, trains, and deploys scalable machine learning models and Generative AI applications into production, moving experimental models into enterprise-grade tools.
- Design and implement machine learning models, NLP pipelines, and Large Language Model (LLM) integrations (fine-tuning, RAG pipelines).
- Build scalable data pipelines to ingest, clean, and process massive datasets for model training and inference.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to deploy AI models into production microservices with low latency.
- Monitor model drift, data quality, and system inference costs, continuously optimizing performance.
- Must-Have Skills: Advanced Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate), LangChain/LlamaIndex, MLflow, and cloud-based AI services.
