Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Luxury Wedding Planner role based in Mumbai. The role involves end-to-end planning and execution of luxury and destination weddings, including concept development, timeline creation, and coordination of multi-day event schedules.

The Luxury Wedding

Planner will liaise with clients to understand their vision, manage expectations, and provide ongoing guidance, while coordinating with vendors, venues, and production teams to ensure seamless delivery. Daily tasks include managing budgets and contracts, overseeing guest hospitality arrangements, supervising on-ground execution,



and handling contingency plans and crisis management with professionalism. The planner will collaborate closely with internal teams to maintain high standards of service, brand consistency, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Planning and Event Planning skills for end-to-end management of complex, multi-day celebrations.
- Candidates should possess specialized Wedding Planning experience, including concept creation, ceremony and reception design, and timeline coordination.
- Candidates should possess solid Budgeting skills to manage financial plans, vendor negotiations, and cost optimization while maintaining quality.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to build trust, communicate clearly, and support clients and guests throughout the planning process.
- Relevant experience in luxury events, hospitality, or destination weddings is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are required.
- Ability to work in office during events, including evenings, weekends, and travel for destination weddings as needed.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in English required, additional languages are an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred.
