Position: Linux Admin L2/L3/SME

Location CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai (Work from office from Day 1)

Shift Timing: Rotational (24/7 support-6 days working)

Job Responsibilities :

- Provide 24x7x365 administration and maintenance support for Linux (RHEL) and Windows servers deployed in private, hybrid, and public cloud environments.
- Perform server administration including user/group management, access permissions, GPO, print services, event logs, security controls, and resource monitoring.
- Monitor OS logs, CPU, memory, storage, file systems, backups, and system health; troubleshoot and resolve issues proactively to maintain server uptime.
- Perform OS installation, configuration, upgrades, patch management, hardening, performance tuning, and security compliance activities.
- Manage storage, file systems, mount points, LVM, SFTP, NFS, antivirus, backups, and server capacity.
- Develop shell scripts and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual activities.
- Monitor and manage servers and technology tools, including integration with performance monitoring, SIEM, ITAM, DAM, SCD, and other Bank systems.
- Coordinate with OEMs, VM teams,



RHEL/Windows support teams, and other technical stakeholders through ticketing systems for issue resolution.
- Support DNS, Proxy, NTP, network, and other infrastructure-related configurations and troubleshooting.
- Handle VAPT, IS Audit, CSR, SCD, and other audit/security observations, ensuring timely compliance and closure as per Bank policies.
- Support cluster administration including cluster start/stop, resource configuration, parameter changes, and cluster log monitoring.
- Perform DR drill activities and support actual DR failover/switchover during disaster situations.
- Manage OS-related incidents, service requests, changes, and maintenance activities in coordination with relevant teams and required approvals.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, manuals, operational procedures, and IT policies.
- Ensure continuous compliance, system availability, security, performance, and reliability of the Bank's server infrastructure.
