- Strong Core Java & Spring Boot development
- Enterprise Microservices & REST APIs
- Generative AI / LLMs / AI-assisted development
- Hands-on exposure to Kiro, Agentic X or similar AI coding/agentic platforms
- IBM MQ & Apache Kafka messaging and event-driven architecture
- DevOps, CI/CD and automated deployment pipelines
- Oracle & MongoDB relational and NoSQL databases
- Enterprise security, API security and secure coding
- Banking/Financial Services experience is desirable
- Payments/SWIFT/ISO 20022/ISO 15022 knowledge is an advantage

Roles & Responsibilities





- Design and develop scalable Java/Spring Boot microservices.
- Use AI models and coding agents to accelerate software development.
- Convert business requirements into prompts/specifications for AI-assisted development.
- Review, debug, refactor and optimize AI-generated code.
- Ensure code meets enterprise standards for security, performance and maintainability.
- Develop REST APIs, integrations and messaging components using Kafka and IBM MQ.
- Build unit, integration and component tests.
- Work with architects, developers and business stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI development tools and introduce helpful AI-assisted engineering practices
