Role & responsibilities

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE development.

- Strong expertise in Java 8/11, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Reactive Programming.

- Experience building scalable RESTful services and distributed applications.

- Good understanding of data structures, collections, multithreading, concurrency, and design patterns.

- Hands-on experience with Reactive WebFlux, Mono, and Flux.

- Experience with Kafka and event-driven architecture.

- Knowledge of Oracle DB/Cassandra.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Maven/Gradle, and Agile methodologies.

- Ability to independently design and develop services from scratch.

Preferred candidate profile

- Robust coding and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in large-scale enterprise application development.

- Exposure to cloud technologies is an advantage.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to mentor junior developers and participate in architectural discussions.
