Job Overview

We are seeking an Senior Investment and Financing Manager with international capital market experience to support the companys overseas fundraising activities, investor relationship management, and capital strategy planning.

This role will directly participate in shaping the companys future fundraising strategy. The position will be responsible for identifying and developing relationships with investment institutions, strategic investors, industrial capital, government funds, and strategic partners across the Asia-Pacific region, with the goal of securing equity financing, strategic investments, and other forms of capital support.

The ideal candidate should possess solid investment and financing resources, an extensive professional network, and proven project execution capabilities. The candidate should be able to independently manage the full investment process, from capital requirement analysis, investor engagement, and financing strategy design to investment execution and closing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Overseas Fundraising Strategy Planning

- Assist in developing fundraising strategies and capital pathways in the APAC region based on the companys development stage and business strategy;
- Analyze various financing channels, including venture capital (VC), private equity (PE), industrial capital, government funds, family offices, and other investment sources;
- Participate in designing financing structures, including equity financing, strategic investment, and industry partnership models.

2. Development of Investment Institutions and Capital Resources





- Develop and maintain relationships with investment institutions, funds, strategic investors, and high-net-worth investors across the APAC region;
- Build long-term investor relationship networks and identify capital partnership opportunities aligned with the companys strategic direction;
- Monitor APAC investment trends, industry developments, and capital market dynamics.

3. Fundraising Project Management and Execution

- Support the preparation of fundraising materials, including business plans (BP), investor presentations, financial models, and related documents;
- Lead initial communication with investment institutions, introduce investment opportunities, and support business negotiations;
- Coordinate with internal teams to complete investment due diligence, data preparation, and investment process management;
- Drive fundraising projects from initial investor engagement, negotiations, through to investment closing and execution.

4. Strategic Investment and Industry Resource Integration

- Identify strategic investment partners aligned with the companys business development goals;
- Explore opportunities for industry cooperation, co-investment, and market resource partnerships;




- Support the companys expansion into key APAC markets and help establish industry ecosystem resources.

5. Industry Research and Capital Market Analysis

- Continuously track investment trends in technology, consumer products, artificial intelligence, robotics, and related industries across the APAC region;
- Prepare industry research reports and capital market analysis;
- Provide capital market insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelors degree or above in Finance, Economics, Investment, Business Administration, or related fields;
- 5+ years of experience in investment and financing, investment banking, VC/PE funds, strategic investment, or corporate fundraising;
- Proven experience in APAC capital markets, with overseas fundraising experience preferred;
- Strong understanding of equity financing processes, including investor engagement, valuation negotiation, due diligence, and transaction execution.

- Established network with investment institutions, funds, industrial capital, or family offices;
- Ability to independently develop investment resources and drive fundraising projects to completion;
- Strong business judgment and capital analysis capabilities;
- Proficiency in preparing business plans, financial models, and fundraising materials;
- Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to engage directly with international investors and investment institutions.
