About the Role

n

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives and ensure successful project delivery aligned with organizational goals. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager with strong leadership, communication, and execution capabilities to manage end-to-end delivery of technology and RFID-based projects. The ideal candidate should possess a strong IT background, proven project management expertise, and the ability to coordinate with clients, leadership teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

- Project Planning & Execution
n
- Manage the complete project lifecycle from project initiation to project closure across multiple simultaneous projects.
n
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, timelines, and success criteria in alignment with business goals.
n
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, resource allocation plans, and execution strategies.
n
- Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope, budget, and quality standards.
n
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless execution.
n
- Stakeholder & Client Management
n
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.
n
- Collaborate with senior leadership, clients, business teams,



and technical teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
n
- Conduct regular project review meetings and provide status updates to executive stakeholders.
n
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
n
- Team Leadership & Coordination
n
- Lead cross-functional teams including software developers, QA teams, RFID engineers, support teams, and business stakeholders.
n
- Assign responsibilities and monitor project team performance and productivity.
n
- Resolve conflicts, remove blockers, and create a collaborative work environment.
n
- Mentor team members and promote continuous improvement practices.
n
- Risk & Quality Management
n
- Identify, analyze, and proactively mitigate project risks and dependencies.
n
- Monitor project health, escalation points, and delivery challenges.
n
- Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and organizational processes.
n
- Implement corrective and preventive actions when required.
n
- Delivery & Process Management
n
- Track project progress using project management tools and reporting mechanisms.
n
- Manage project documentation including project charters, status reports, risk registers, change requests, and closure reports.
n
- Ensure effective utilization of resources and optimize productivity.
n
- Drive Agile,



Waterfall, or Hybrid project delivery methodologies based on project requirements.
n
- Support process improvements and PMO best practices.
n

Qualifications

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
n
- Master's degree (MBA/PGDM) preferred.
n
- 10+ years of overall experience in IT/Technology domain.
n
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Project Management.
n
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications will be an added advantage.
n

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and project delivery models.
n
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional, and enterprise-level projects.
n
- Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
n
- Familiarity with RFID, IoT, enterprise applications, automation systems, or supply chain technologies is preferred.
n
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar tools.
n
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
n
