Lead the complete design process for Retail & Hotel projects—from concept to detailed design and construction documentation. N
Develop creative, functional, and cutting-edge design solutions that align with client requirements, project goals, and budget parameters. N




Ensure all designs meetclient vision, regulatory guidelines, local building codes, and industry best practices. N

nProject Coordination & Management

Oversee and coordinate design activities across internal teams and external consultants such as engineers and planners. N
Manage the preparation of accurate architectural drawings and documentation in accordance with project standards. N
Work closely with project managers to ensure timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met. N
Foster a collaborative design environment that supports innovation without compromising design integrity. N
Ensure adherence to project schedules and the timely delivery of high-quality outputs. N
