- Key Responsibilities
- Manage client communications through phone, email, and regular meetings.
- Act as the primary HR liaison between I Process and the client for assigned business verticals.
- Validate and monitor monthly attendance records and ensure timely closure of discrepancies.
- Communicate and explain relevant HR policies, procedures, processes, and organisational updates to clients and employees.
- Address and resolve client and employee HR queries within defined TAT and quality benchmarks.
- Coordinate with central SPOCs/FPRs and internal HR teams across various client business verticals.
- Conduct employee orientation, HR induction, policy awareness, and update sessions for client managers and employees.
- Support implementation of HR policies and processes across assigned client locations/business units.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of HR activities, employee/client queries, actions taken, and resolutions.
- Monitor employee-related issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for timely resolution.
- Identify recurring employee/client concerns and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Prepare and present MIS reports, dashboards, and HR analytics to senior management and clients.
- Track key HR metrics and provide insights to support business and people-related decisions.
- Ensure timely completion of HR activities and compliance with defined processes and SLAs.
- Coordinate with payroll, recruitment, operations, and other central HR teams wherever required.
- Support employee engagement, retention, grievance handling, and other HR initiatives for assigned business units.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and client information at all times.
- Undertake any other HR and business-related responsibilities assigned by management.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Robust client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Strong problem-solving and query-resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously.
- Good analytical and MIS reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and HRMS/HR tools.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work within defined TATs and quality standards.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ownership
