- Lead complete installation and commissioning of the imported heat-treatment line.
- Coordinate mechanical assembly, alignment, piping, electrical installation and instrumentation.
- Work with our local mechanical/electrical team during machine installation.
- Understand PLC, HMI, VFD, sensors, temperature controls and machine interlocks.
- Develop and optimize heating, quenching and tempering parameters for different steel grades and bar sizes.
- Establish production parameters for 25-75 mm high-tensile steel bars.
- Conduct trial production and achieve required tensile strength, yield strength, hardness and elongation.
- Troubleshoot heating, quenching, cooling, mechanical and electrical/process problems.
- Prepare SOPs, process sheets, inspection procedures and quality records.
- Train operators and maintenance personnel.
- Establish preventive maintenance and daily production/quality reporting systems.
- Coordinate with the overseas machine manufacturer remotely whenever technical clarification is required.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

- 8-15+ years relevant experience preferred.
- Strong experience in continuous heat treatment / Q&T; of steel bars, rods or similar products.
- Practical experience in machine commissioning and startup is essential.
- Metallurgical/Materials/Mechanical Engineering background preferred.
- Must have hands-on experience with heating, quenching, tempering and process control.
- Candidates who have personally commissioned similar large industrial heat-treatment lines will be strongly preferred.
