- Lead and manage the graphic design team and assign tasks based on project requirements.

- Create high-quality and creative designs for social media, branding, advertisements, websites, and marketing campaigns.

- Develop branding concepts, logos, brand identities, and other visual communication materials.

- Review and ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of designs before delivery.

- Guide junior designers and provide feedback to improve their design quality and skills.

- Understand client requirements and translate concepts into effective visual designs.

- Coordinate with the Creative, Social Media, Content, Video, and Marketing teams for campaign requirements.

- Handle multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

- Manage design revisions and ensure client feedback is properly implemented.

- Maintain consistency in brand guidelines, typography, colors, layouts, and visual style.





- Develop creative concepts and current design ideas for campaigns and promotional activities.

- Assist the team in solving complex design requirements and technical issues.

- Support other departments with creative requirements whenever necessary.

- Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and industry standards.

- Organize and maintain design files, templates, and creative assets properly.

- Ensure all final designs are suitable for both digital and print platforms.

- Monitor the team's daily and monthly output and ensure assigned targets are achieved.

- Take responsibility for maintaining both design quality and productivity within the team.
