Job Description Android Engineer (3-6 Years) | Bangalore, 5 days/week | IMMEDIATE JOINERS About the Role We’re looking for a solid Android Engineer who can build high-performance, scalable mobile applications used by thousands of daily active users. You’ll work closely with backend, product, and design teams to ship fast, reliable features in a fast-paced fintech environment. What We’re Looking For - 3-6 years of hands-on Android development experience - Strong expertise in Kotlin (Java is a plus) - Deep understanding of Android SDK, lifecycle, and Jetpack components - Experience with MVVM / Clean Architecture - Strong knowledge of REST APIs,



WebSockets - Solid understanding of multithreading & performance optimization - Experience with unit testing and writing maintainable code - Exposure to CI/CD and release management What You’ll Do - Build and scale Android applications with strong focus on performance and reliability - Architect clean, modular, and testable codebases - Optimize app performance, latency, and memory usage - Work on real-time data updates (WebSockets, streaming, push notifications) - Collaborate with product & backend teams to design robust APIs - Take ownership of releases and production stability Good to Have - Experience building fintech / trading / real-time products - Experience with Jetpack Compose - Knowledge of app security best practices - Experience handling apps with 100K+ users
