nWhat You'll Do
nAs a Senior Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:
n
- n
- Installing, commissioning, configuring, and maintaining FLAGMAN IoT and AI-based systems at customer sites.n
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and edge computing issues.n




- Performing preventive maintenance and ensuring reliable system performance.n
- Providing technical support and training to customers and onsite teams.n
- Working closely with customers to understand issues, manage expectations, and deliver effective solutions.n
- Coordinating service visits and maintaining accurate service and installation documentation.n
- Collaborating with our R&D;, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues.n
- Capturing customer feedback and contributing to continuous product and service improvements.n
- Following all required safety, quality, and service standards.n
- Travelling occasionally to customer sites and partner locations as required.n
