nThis is a full time in office role as a Desktop Support Engineer at Intopz Technologies Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru. The role involves providing technical assistance and support for desktop systems, hardware, and software issues.

nQualifications

- n
- Proficiency in troubleshooting desktop systems, hardware, software and MS office 365n
- Laptop & Windows OS support, hardware troubleshooting, license, and security managementn
- Email provisioning, issue triaging, and policy compliance,



Office 365 suite support (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint), MFA rolloutn
- Printer installation & support, AMC renewals for all hardware/softwaren
- Vendor management (Invoice/Bills)for hardware/software.n
- Internet, wireless, firewall maintenance and access issuesn
- Procurement support for laptops, monitors, peripherals, and networking gearn
- Centralised asset management via Smartopz, vendor coordination, warranty/license renewalsn
- Backup & disaster recovery for critical data and mail systemsn
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skillsn
- Ability to work well independently and in a team environmentn
- Certifications in relevant technologies are a plusn
