nKey Responsibilities:

- n
- Develop a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and various costing methodologies.n
- Manage inventory valuation through ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 (Axapta).n
- Analyze Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), gross margins, and net profitability.n
- Review and validate job card closures, production transactions, inventory movements, stock transfers, and material consumption at the transaction level.n




- Verify the accuracy of Bills of Materials (BOMs) and ensure ERP data is maintained as per approved BOMs.n
- Calculate and monitor overhead absorption through the ERP system.n
- Prepare product costing and pricing to support the CRM and Sales teams.n
- Prepare production and sales budgets related to costing.n
- Monitor demand and consumption of high-value consumables such as Gold Plating Chemicals (GPC), Rhodium, and other critical materials across manufacturing units.n
- Conduct profitability analysis by Sales Order, Customer, Product, and Business Unit.n
- Analyze production efficiency and precious metal losses (Gross & Net) department-wise and metal-wise.n
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements.n
- Study and analyze consumables consumption patterns to optimize utilization.n
- Conduct cost investigations and variance analysis whenever required.n
