About the Role
nWe are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager – Sales to manage and drive a large-scale sales team in Meerut. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in handling 200+ team members, driving business performance, and managing multiple levels of sales leadership.
nKey Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a 200+ member sales team through Team Leaders and frontline sales executives.n
- Drive revenue, sales targets, productivity, and conversion across the assigned business unit.n
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.n
- Monitor key performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.n
- Conduct regular performance reviews and drive corrective action plans.n
- Coach and mentor Team Leaders to improve team productivity and performance.n
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and capability development.n




- Analyse sales performance and provide actionable insights to senior management.n
- Ensure adherence to company processes, policies, and compliance standards.n

nCandidate Profile

- n
- 10+ years of overall experience in Sales /Field Sales / B2C Sales.n
- Proven experience managing a minimum team size of 200+ members.n
- Robust experience in handling multiple layers of sales teams.n
- Excellent leadership, people-management, and decision-making skills.n
- Strong understanding of sales metrics, productivity, conversion, and revenue management.n
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.n
- Candidates with experience in BFSI, Insurance, Telecom, E-commerce, or other high-volume sales environments will be preferred.n
- Local market knowledge of Meerut will be an added advantage.n
