Job Description
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
n1. Finance Analysis & Optimization
n· Drive path to profitability for the business by reducing the costs and eliminating any inefficiencies
n· Monitoring product wise / segment wise / region wise performance vs targets
n· Validation of various business cases – OPEX / CAPEX approvals
n· Submission of business plans and monthly P&L; forecast
n· Preparation of Annual Operating Plan basis underlying growth, Market data, Competition benchmarking in discussion with the business teams
n· Monitoring of key KPIs through financial reports, variance analysis

n2. Risk & Control
n· Identification of process weaknesses, control gaps and risks and suggesting key process improvements to leadership to eliminate risks and leakages
n
nEducation Qualification:
nQualified Chartered Accountant
n
nYears of Experience Required:
n2-7 years of post-CA qualification experience
