Role Description This is a full-time, in office Software Engineer role based in Latur. The Software Engineer will design, develop, test, and maintain web and software applications, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to turn business requirements into robust technical solutions.



Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean and efficient code, implementing back-end services and APIs, debugging and resolving issues, and optimizing performance and scalability. The role also involves participating in code reviews, contributing to system architecture discussions, and documenting technical designs and processes. The Software Engineer is expected to stay current with emerging technologies and best practices to support continuous improvement of products and development workflows.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.
Hands-on experience in Software Development and Back-End Web Development, including building and maintaining server-side applications.
Proficiency in Programming with at least one modern language (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript) and familiarity with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) co
