As an IT Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring our business systems are reliable, secure, and optimized to support our O+O (Offline + Online) business model. By partnering with business teams, technology partners, and vendors, you will help deliver seamless digital experiences that improve operations and contribute to putting a smile on customers’ faces every day.

What You'll Be Doing:
Partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to understand requirements and identify system improvement opportunities.
Analyze business processes using a scientific and data-driven approach to enhance system performance and efficiency.
Configure and optimize IT systems to support evolving business needs.




Collaborate across teams to integrate systems and enable seamless data flow between applications.
