Role Description The Social Media Videographer will work full time on-site in Bengaluru, capturing and producing engaging video content that highlights MITTI Café’s initiatives, team members, and impact stories.



Responsibilities include planning video concepts for social media campaigns, shooting video at cafés and program locations, and operating cameras and lighting equipment to ensure high-quality footage. The role involves editing short-form videos optimized for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn, and collaborating with the communications and marketing teams on content calendars and storytelling angles. The videographer will document events, training sessions, and behind-the-scenes activities, ensuring consistent visual branding and adherence to MITTI Café’s values of dignity and inclusion. This role requires regular on-site presence at various MITTI Café outlets and partner locations in and around Bengaluru.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production, including planning, shooting, and post-production workflows.
