Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Vadodara for a Research and Development Executive specializing in cosmetics products. The role involves designing, developing, and optimizing formulations for skin, hair, and personal care products, from concept to scale-up. The R&D; Executive will conduct laboratory experiments, stability studies, and performance testing, while maintaining detailed documentation of formulations, test results,



and standard operating procedures. Daily tasks include collaborating with production, quality, and marketing teams to align product specifications with market requirements; ensuring products meet safety, regulatory, and quality standards; evaluating raw materials and new ingredients; and supporting troubleshooting during manufacturing. The role also includes monitoring industry trends, benchmarking competitor products, and contributing to continuous improvement of existing product lines.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in cosmetic science, chemistry, or related disciplines, with proven experience in formulation development for skincare, haircare, or personal care products.
Competence in laboratory work, including handling instruments, conducting stability and compatibility studies, and maintaining accurate experimental records.
