Responsibilities (KRAs / deliverables / job expectations):
Ensure documentation requirements defined within the PO contract, are properly incorporated into the engineering deliverables.
Review vendor documentation specifications
Submission of documents and project schedules




Tracking pending documents through weekly progress reports
Coordinating with internal & external interdisciplinary interfaces, taking appropriate action on pending documents.
Maintain documentation records & updates project status
Manage and facilitates communication across the engineering facets to ensure the project objectives and documentation milestones are met
Preparing documentation packages for 3rd party inspections
Academic qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Diploma of higher education or equivalent.
Experience (exposure):
1-3 years of related experience EPC contractor & OEM
