Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Python AI Engineer for the development of cutting-edge digital solutions. The ideal candidate will have solid technical expertise in Python, FastAPI, AWS, PostgreSQL, and AI frameworks combined with excellent stakeholder management skills
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Development:
Develop and implement solutions using Python, AWS services, and PostgreSQL
Ensure system design aligns with business requirements and scalability needs
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Quality & Delivery:
Oversee code reviews, testing strategies, and deployment processes
Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high standards of quality
Domain Expertise:
Develop and maintain accurate short and long range pharma forecasts using analytical methods, historical trends, and cross functional inputs
Partner with global and regional teams (marketing, finance, market access) to gather requirements and deliver insights, presentations, and concept notes
Perform business analysis, sensitivity modeling, and data management while leveraging tools like SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, and basic Python for automation
Provide strategic guidance on assumptions, risks, and opportunities, continuously optimizing pharmaceutical forecasting processes
