Summary:
As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will manage global enterprise networks, automation, observability, reliability engineering, and large-scale transformation programs. You will work within a defined operating model and processes, implementing technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas.

Professional & Technical Skills:

1. Mandatory Basic Networking skills: Routing & Switching (CCNA, JNCIA equivalent), Cloud Networking (AWS Certified Advanced Networking – Specialty/ AWS certified solution architect Skilled/ Azure Network Engineer Associate/ Professional Cloud Network Engineer/ Terraform Associate)
2. Must Have Skills (Minimum 3 from the list): Enterprise-scale networking architectures across AWS, Azure, and GCP, Cloud On-Ramp to DC, S2S VPN, Cloud Security Architectures, IAAC, Cloud Automation Platforms, Observability, Cloud Monitoring
