Job Purpose Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and target-oriented Branch Sales Manager (Team Handling) to oversee, mentor, and drive a team of sales executives toward acquiring Current Accounts, Savings Accounts (CASA), and third-party financial products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving overall branch sales targets, managing team performance, expanding the regional customer base, and fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership Management:
Lead, mentor, and guide a team of sales executives/officers to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Monitor daily field activity, review performance metrics, and conduct regular coaching to boost productivity and sales efficiency.
Assist team members in closing high-value corporate accounts, HNI clients, and complex financial deals.
Business Acquisition Sales Strategy:
Formulate and execute territory sales strategies to drive CASA acquisition and cross-sell third-party products (Insurance, Mutual Funds, Loans).
Drive business development initiatives through corporate tie-ups,



field campaigns, cold calling, and network referrals.
Relationship Portfolio Growth:
Build and maintain key client relationships across High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), SMEs, and corporate entities.
Ensure high levels of customer retention, engagement, and portfolio value growth.
Operations Compliance:
Ensure strict compliance with regulatory guidelines, KYC/AML norms, and internal risk management standards during customer onboarding.
Maintain operational accuracy across all documentation and onboarding processes managed by the team.
