Identify and develop new business opportunities in preclinical research, including pharmacology, toxicology, ADME/DMPK, and related services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical companies, biotech companies, CROs, and other potential clients.

Generate leads through market research, networking, conferences, industry events, referrals, and other business development channels.

Understand client requirements and work closely with scientific/technical teams to develop appropriate solutions and proposals.

Prepare and deliver presentations, technical-commercial proposals, quotations, and capability presentations to prospective clients.

Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation and enquiry through negotiation, closure, and project initiation.





Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, target accounts, and new business opportunities.

Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Maintain robust client engagement to generate repeat business, account expansion, and cross-selling opportunities.

Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular reports on leads, opportunities, client interactions, sales pipeline, and business development activities.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and smooth project execution.
