About the Role

Compunnel is looking for a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Integrated Marketing to drive end-to-end B2B marketing campaigns across content, digital, email, social media, SEO, webinars, events, and marketing operations.

This is a hands-on generalist role for someone who can coordinate cross-functional teams, manage campaigns from planning to execution, and step in personally when required. A B2B technology, SaaS, IT Services, or Staffing background will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns from brief to launch and optimization.
- Coordinate content, design, SEO, email, website, social media, webinars, and events around common campaign objectives and KPIs.
- Develop and manage blogs, whitepapers, ebooks, case studies, solution briefs, landing pages, and email campaigns using SME inputs.
- Own campaign timelines, assets, approvals, dependencies, and cross-functional coordination.
- Plan and execute webinar and event-led campaigns, including promotion, registrations, reminders, and post-event follow-up.
- Support campaign strategy, audience/persona targeting, funnel mapping, campaign briefs, and execution roadmaps.
- Use AI tools to accelerate content creation, personalization, research, reporting, and marketing workflows.
- Track campaign performance, lead flow, funnel movement, and conversion metrics; identify gaps and recommend improvements.
- Maintain CRM and marketing operations hygiene, including lead lifecycle, source attribution, UTM tracking, deduplication, and lead routing.




- Build and maintain campaign dashboards and provide actionable insights for performance reviews.
- Create sales enablement assets such as one-pagers, battlecards, email/call sequences, and campaign briefs.
- Work closely with Content, Design, Digital, Product Marketing, Events, and Sales teams to ensure timely execution.

Requirements

- 4–7 years of experience in B2B Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Campaign Management, Demand Generation, or a similar role.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong hands-on exposure to Content, SEO, Email Marketing, Social Media, Website, Webinars/Events, and Marketing Operations.
- Experience creating gated content and research-led marketing assets.
- Robust understanding of marketing funnels, lead lifecycle, campaign KPIs, attribution, and pipeline reporting.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools; HubSpot preferred. Exposure to Zoho CRM, GA4, Google Search Console, or SEMrush is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convert complex SME inputs into clear, buyer-focused content.
- Excellent project management, coordination, ownership, and execution skills.
- Comfortable using AI tools as part of day-to-day marketing workflows.
- B2B Tech / SaaS / IT Services / Staffing experience preferred.
