- 5+ years of hands-on VBA development for large, production-grade Excel applications.
- Strong VBA expertise including modules, classes, collections, dictionaries, error handling, and conditional compilation.
- Experience developing UserForms/MSForms with event-driven logic and validation.
- Advanced knowledge of the Excel Object Model (Workbook, Worksheet, Range, FileDialog, printing, and calculation management).
- Ability to optimize workbook performance using effective calculation, event, and data-processing techniques.
- Advanced Excel skills including formulas, lookups, conditional formatting, data validation, and named ranges.
