To supervise, coordinate and control all plumbing installation, maintenance, repair and utility-related works across Ramoji Film City, ensuring reliable water supply, drainage, sewage, hot-water systems and associated plumbing services with minimum breakdowns and optimum water conservation.

Qualifications

- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical/Civil/Plumbing-related discipline preferred
- Plumbing trade certification with substantial experience may also be considered.

Experience

- 8–10 years of relevant plumbing experience preferred.




- Experience in large hotels, resorts, hospitals, commercial buildings, townships, film studios or large infrastructure facilities is desirable.
- Experience in large-scale water supply, drainage and sewage systems is an advantage.

Knowledge And Skills The candidate should have practical knowledge of :

- CPVC / UPVC / HDPE / PPR / GI / CI / DI piping.
- Soil, waste and vent systems
- Sanitary installations
- Water supply systems
- Pumping systems
- Hot-water systems
- Storm-water drainage
- Sewage systems
- STP connections
- Water tanks and sumps
- Pipe pressure testing
- Leakage testing
- Plumbing drawings
- AutoCAD drawings – preferably
- MS Excel and daily reporting
