About the Role:-
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our product team and take ownership of designing intuitive, scalable, and user-friendly experiences across our product. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, and other stakeholders to understand user problems, translate requirements into thoughtful experiences, and take designs from concept to implementation. The ideal candidate is someone who can think beyond visual design — someone who understands user journeys, product workflows, information architecture, usability, and business requirements, while also having a solid eye for UI.

What You'll Do:-
• Work closely with Product Managers to understand product requirements, user problems, and business objectives.
• Translate product requirements and user needs into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Design intuitive experiences for complex product workflows while keeping them easy for users. • Create and maintain design systems, reusable components, and UI patterns to ensure consistency across the product.




• Conduct user research, usability analysis, and competitive benchmarking where required.
• Identify UX gaps and proactively suggest improvements to existing product experiences.
• Collaborate closely with engineering throughout the development cycle to ensure design intent is implemented accurately.
• Review implemented features and provide design feedback before release.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, product analytics, and stakeholder inputs.
• Maintain design documentation and ensure design decisions are clearly communicated to the team.
• Balance user needs, technical constraints, and business priorities when making design decisions.

What We're Looking For:-
• 3–5 years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design, preferably working on SaaS, B2B, or technology products.
• Robust understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.
