Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy SMO Specialist / Social Media Executive who can manage social media platforms, research the latest trends, and create engaging content that increases brand visibility and audience engagement.
The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media trends and be comfortable creating posters, reels, short videos, and other visual content based on current trends.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Research latest social media trends, viral content, hashtags, reels, and competitor activities.
Create creative and engaging social media posts, posters, reels, and short-form videos.
Develop content ideas based on trending topics and audience interests.
Coordinate with the content/marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns.




Create or coordinate trend-based creatives and videos suitable for different platforms.
Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports on reach, engagement, and growth.
Stay updated with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platform algorithms and trends.
Maintain a consistent brand image across all social media channels.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Social Media Optimization (SMO).
Good understanding of current social media trends and viral content.
Creative thinking and strong content research skills.
Experience in designing posters/social media creatives.
Basic to good video editing skills for Reels and short videos.
Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
Positive communication and writing skills.
Ability to generate fresh and creative content ideas.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
