Role Description This full-time, on-site Franchise Development Manager role is based in Noida, India. The Franchise Development Manager will identify and evaluate potential franchise partners, manage the end-to-end franchise sales process, and support expansion into new territories. Day-to-day responsibilities include lead generation, screening and qualifying prospects, conducting business presentations, and developing franchise proposals and business plans. The role also involves negotiating franchise agreements,



coordinating training and onboarding for new franchisees, and ensuring adherence to brand standards and operational guidelines. The Franchise Development Manager will work closely with internal teams to monitor franchise performance, provide ongoing support, and contribute to long-term franchise growth strategies.
