About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to join our energetic team on a part-time, hourly contract basis. This role is fully remote, offering flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to work on pioneering AI evaluation projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong software engineering expertise,



particularly in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, Rust, or TypeScript, and have a solid understanding of algorithms, debugging, and performance optimization. No prior AI-specific experience is required, as the primary focus is on your technical proficiency and ability to develop complex software environments. In this position, you will design and develop Reinforcement Learning environments that test AI models within realistic software engineering workflows, contributing to the advancement of AI evaluation methodologies and tools.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: C++, Python, Java, Go, TypeScript, or Rust. A deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and performance optimization is essential.
