Role Description The Lead Generator will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients for Nexus Shubh Services’ manpower, market research, and field operations offerings. Day-to-day tasks include researching target markets, gathering contact information, making outbound calls, sending emails and messages, and maintaining detailed records of leads in CRM or tracking tools.



The role also involves coordinating with the sales and operations teams to hand over qualified leads, scheduling meetings or presentations, and following up to ensure consistent pipeline growth. This is a full-time, in office role based in Aurangabad, requiring regular interaction with internal teams and, when needed, visits to local businesses or partner offices.
