We’re Hiring: Project Coordinator/Project Manager/ Project Planner | Hospitality Projects

Beetles Consulting is a specialist hospitality advisory & project control firm experienced in delivering end-to-end solutions; from feasibility, design management & brand engagement to consultant onboarding, execution governance, procurement, testing, commissioning & handover. We function as an extension of the Client’s office, safeguarding Time, Cost, Quality, Sustainability & Commercial success across the entire asset lifecycle.

We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator/Project Manager/ Project Planner with a strong background in hospitality projects to join our growing team.

Key Requirements:
• B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) or Civil Engineer/ equivalent degree
• 5–6 years of professional experience
• 100% proficiency in AutoCAD
• Strong experience in core hospitality / hotel projects
• Ability to coordinate with multiple consultants (Architecture, MEP, Structural, Interior, etc.)




• Strong understanding of site coordination and drawing reviews
• Experience in managing design deliverables and timelines
• Ability to support project teams during design development and execution stages

Additional Details:
• Travel to project sites will be mandatory for coordination and review
• Compensation: ₹1.2 – ₹1.5 Lakh CTC per month (depending on candidate experience)
• Reporting: Direct reporting to the Principal Consultant
• Only candidates based in Mumbai or planning to relocate should apply
• Earliest available candidates will have an advantage
• Target Joining Date: Immediate
