Junior Unreal Engine 5 Developer

We’re looking for a highly capable Junior Unreal Engine 5 Developer to join our team and work on a technically ambitious, cinematic game.

• Build and maintain complex gameplay systems in Unreal Engine 5
• Develop with C++ and Blueprints, with an emphasis on clean, scalable architecture
• Implement gameplay, AI, interaction, animation, and multiplayer systems
• Create and polish cinematic sequences using Sequencer, cameras, animation, lighting, and timing
• Debug, profile, and optimize systems to production quality
• Work closely with designers and artists to turn creative ideas into polished gameplay
• Use AI and MCP tools intelligently for development, debugging, research, and problem solving

• Strong Unreal Engine 5 skills. This is the most important requirement
• Solid programming and systems thinking ability
• Strong C++ and advanced Blueprint knowledge




• Good understanding of AI, animation, interaction, networking, and Unreal’s Gameplay Framework
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of polish
• Understanding of cinematography, composition, pacing, and visual storytelling
• Familiarity with MCP and AI assisted development is a strong advantage
• Most importantly, positive taste and cultural curiosity. Our game draws heavily from cinema, literature, history, art, and visual storytelling
