Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
Candidates should possess experience in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting for US-based technology roles.
Candidates should possess solid Recruiting and Hiring skills, with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and teams across time zones.




Candidates should possess familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and professional networking platforms.
Candidates should possess strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Candidates should possess prior experience as a US IT Recruiter or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced technology or consulting setting.
Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
