Job Title: Senior Full stack Developer

Role Overview :
We are looking for a Senior Software Developer with strong hands-on experience in .NET Core and React.js to build, enhance, and scale contemporary applications. The role requires active involvement in requirements understanding, verification & validation, and ownership across the full software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate brings a product-driven or startup mindset, taking responsibility from concept to production.

Must-Have Skills
5–7 years of hands-on software development experience.
Strong proficiency in .NET Core / C#.
Strong hands-on experience with React.js.
Experience building REST APIs and microservices.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Database - Microsoft SQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server
Strong working experience with Azure DevOps.
Experience in requirements analysis, verification & validation (V&V;).
Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.




Experience working in product-based or startup environments.

Good-to-Have Skills
Experience with Microsoft Azure services (App Services, Functions, Storage, Azure SQL).
Knowledge of Docker and containerization.
Experience of working in Digital Twin, 3D.js, Blueprint will be added advantage
Familiarity with unit testing frameworks and test automation.
Exposure to DevOps best practices, monitoring, and logging tools.
Experience with performance tuning and security best practices.
Knowledge of domain-driven design or clean architecture.

Key Responsibilities
Application Development
Develop, and maintain backend services using .NET Core (C#).
Build responsive, scalable frontend applications using React.js.
Develop and consume RESTful APIs.
Ensure high performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

CI/CD & DevOps
Implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
Work extensively with Azure DevOps for source control, builds, releases, and work items
